DESCRIPTION:The National Synchrotron Light Source-II (NSLS-II) at Brookhav
 en National Laboratory is seeking exceptional candidates for The Data Scie
 nce and Systems Integration (DSSI) Program.  This role resides in the Data
  Acquisition and Detectors (DAD) group, within DSSI, working to develop hi
 gh-level data acquisition tools.  This ranges from integrating scientific 
 detectors with the control system to integration with the NSLS-II data man
 agement systems.   This role will support both operations of current NSLS-
 II beamlines and the development of the next generation of beamlines from 
 the earliest stages of development.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibiliti
 es:\n\nWork collaboratively on data-oriented software projects to develop 
 new capabilities at NSLS-II.\nDevelop and deploy software and share respon
