 ely with one or more ECP application development teams through the NERSC N
 ESAP program to help optimize their code to run well on future HPC systems
 . Collaborate with other stakeholders like HPC technology vendors and libr
 ary developers in the optimization process. Educate and train ECP users by
  creating content for the NERSC website with online tutorials and document
 ation, giving presentations, and attending conferences. Keep abreast of de
 velopments and research in the high- performance computing field, particul
 arly within ECP, including algorithms, programming-models, tools and optim
 ization strategies. Serve as a NERSC mentor for one or more postdoctoral f
 ellows in application performance on ECP applications. Provide conceptual 
 guidance to other technical experts and management. Serve as the principal
  NERSC mentor for one or more postdoctoral fellows in application performa
 nce. Serve as a principal NERSC POC with ECP on major projects and create 
 new opportunities for NERSC to provide resources and services to new scien
 tific projects and communities.\n\nBenefits: This full salary range of thi
 s position is between $140,856 to $237,696 per year depending upon\ncandid
 ates’ full skills, knowledge, and abilities, including education, certific
